KS Account Deletion

We provide two methods to delete your account. Neither of these methods will save your information in our database after you delete your account.

Method 1: Delete the account on the app by yourself.

• Click the "mask" icon in the upper left corner after you log in.
• Click the "Account settings" on the new page.
• Click the "Delete account" button on the "Account settings" page and agree to delete it.

Method 2: Send a request to us to delete your account.

• Send a request email to [email protected] with your username or registration email address to delete your account.
• We will delete your account after receiving your request within 48 hours.
• We highly recommend you log in to confirm if the account is deleted successfolly after 48 hours you send the request out. If not, contact us again.
